Credible sources have informed Afrilyn.com that Derek Chauvin has been found guilty of all charges levelled against him in connection with the death of George Floyd. Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis Police officer, is expected so face up to 40 years behind bars for second-degree murder, up to 25 years for third-degree murder and up to 10 years for second-degree manslaughter.
Recalled that George Perry Floyd died during his arrest for allegedly paying a store clerk with fake $20 bill in Minneapolis.
Derek Chauvin, one of four police officers who arrived on the scene, knelt on Floyd’s neck and back for 9 minutes and 29 seconds. Doctors reported the cause of his death as ‘Cardiopulmonary arrest.’
